Jansen Kok, Director and Key Executive Officer of AsiaPac Real Estate Services Pte Ltd Pte Ltd., has over 10 years experience in the real estate industry in Singapore. He worked extensively with all major Relocation Companies in serving all their corporate clients relocating into Singapore. He has previously worked with large real-estate companies as their in-house leasing Manager before joining AsiaPac RES.
Jansen received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from University of South Australia (2006) and Diploma in Building & Real Estate Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic (2000). He is an accredited member of the Institute of Estate Agents (IEA). Some of Jansen’s recent involvements include:
Secured Appointment as Sole Managing/Leasing Agent for Chevron International with a portfolio of approximately 100 assignees with the combined effort of the AsiaPac RES Team.
Secured Appointment as Panel agent for Crown Worldwide Pte Ltd in 2011. Serving their clients from Credit Suisse AG, Shell Eastern Petroleum, Novartis Asia Pacific Pharmaceutical & Unilever Asia.
