Cindy Sin, Director of AsiaPac Real Estate Services Pte Ltd Pte Ltd., has over 20 years of experience in both leasing and sales and management of residential properties. She worked extensively with multinational companies, real estate consultancy companies and property developers before joining AsiaPac RES.
Cindy holds a Diploma in Business and Administrative Management 1985 at Stamford College. She is a member of the Singapore Institute of Estate Agents. Some of Cindy’s most recent involvements include:
Secured Appointment as Sole Managing/Leasing Agent for Chevron International with a portfolio of approximately 97 assignees with the combined effort of the AsiaPac RES Team.
Appointed as Panel agent for SantaFe Relocation Services - involved in arranging for a huge number (over 200 leases) of housing accommodation for IBM and BP staff during the first & second quarter of 2011.
