ERIC GOH

Eric Goh has had more than 8 years of experience in the real estate industry. He began his working life in the Financial Industry in 1997 where he stayed for 7 years, prior to joining Samsung in 2006 and thereafter, started his career in Real Estate in 2007.

The interpersonal and service-oriented skills he gained from his earlier careers combined with his real estate knowledge pushed him to be identified as a team leader. Eric rose from the ranks as an Associate Agent to being a Team Leader at Propnex Realty Pte Ltd, thereafter at Tarian Real Estate Pte Ltd and now at AsiaPac Real Estate Services Pte Ltd.

Eric and his team’s strength is in the management of residential properties on behalf of owners/ landlords. They have previously managed 80 residential units located in Districts 9, 10 and 11.

Most of the clients who have previously engaged Eric and his team have commented that they are hard-working in marketing the properties entrusted to their care and are very pleased with their all rounded services in managing their tenants and their properties on their behalf. Moreover, they are known to be detailed, sincere and reliable when acting as agents of landlords.6
